Brightcap Roofing is an Idaho Falls roofing contractor. The person who inspects your roof is the person who writes your estimate and checks the finished job.

I started Brightcap because I was tired of seeing good houses get bad roofs: layovers that hid rot, flashing held on with caulk, and estimates that were one number on a business card.
So we do it the slow way. I go up on every roof we quote, I photograph what I find, and you get a written estimate that lists every layer and every piece of flashing. If a repair will do, I'll tell you. If the roof can wait a few years, I'll tell you that too.
We keep the company small on purpose. Fewer jobs at once means I can be on site for each one, and you always know who to call.
On a real client site this is the owner's own story, in their words, with their real experience and only the licenses and insurance they can show proof of. This one is written for a fictional owner, so it makes no claims about years in business or credentials.
What we promise on every job
- Photos of the problem before we quote, and photos of the finished work
- A written, itemized estimate, never a number on a business card
- The repair option and the replace option, when both are reasonable

What we won't do
- Knock on doors after storms
- Ask you to sign over your insurance claim
- Lay new shingles over old ones on a house
