What we do
Four services, done properly.

Full tear-off, ice and water shield at the eaves, new flashing and proper ridge ventilation.
Replacement detailsRoof repair
Missing shingles, failed flashing, cracked pipe boots and leaks around chimneys and skylights.

A documented inspection after a storm, with a photo report you can send straight to your insurer.
Storm inspection detailsMetal roofing
Standing seam and exposed-fastener metal for homes, shops and barns, with snow guards where needed.
Metal roofing detailsBuilt for here
Eastern Idaho weather is hard on a roof.
Snow that sits for weeks, freeze and thaw, wind off the Snake River Plain and strong sun at nearly 5,000 feet. Every roof we install is planned around all four.
Ice and water shield runs up from every eave, and attic ventilation is checked so snow melts evenly.
Shingles are hand-nailed to the manufacturer's high-wind pattern, with sealed starter strips at every edge.
We can quote impact-resistant shingles, and we photograph storm damage the way adjusters need to see it.
Ridge and soffit ventilation keeps attic heat down, which helps shingles last through hot summers.
How a job runs
No surprises, start to finish.
Inspection
We walk the roof and check the attic, then send you photos of what we found the same day.
Written estimate
Line by line: materials, ventilation, flashing, disposal. Repair and replace options when both make sense.
Install day
Most homes are done in one or two days. Tarps protect your yard and a magnet sweep picks up nails.
Final walk-through
We go over the finished roof with you and leave the warranty paperwork and photos in one email.

How do I know if I need a new roof or just a repair?
If the damage is limited to one area and the rest of the shingles still lie flat and hold their granules, a repair usually makes sense. If shingles are curling, cracking or shedding granules across the whole roof, replacement is often the better value. The inspection photos show you which, and the estimate lists both options when both are reasonable.
Can you work in winter?
Repairs and emergency tarping, yes, on dry days. Full shingle replacements are scheduled for days warm enough for the shingles to seal properly, so most winter replacements are booked for the first good stretch of weather.
Do you help with insurance claims after hail?
We inspect, photograph and write up the damage so you have clear evidence for your claim. You make the claim and talk to your insurer; we can meet the adjuster on the roof if you ask us to.
